What is your Return Policy?
Footwear: worn or unworn footwear must be returned within 14 days of purchase with original box and receipt for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE only.
Clothing: must be returned within 14 days with original tags and receipt for full credit, without a receipt store credit will be given for the current price of the item.
Accessories: must be returned within 14 days with original tags and receipt for full credit, without a receipt store credit will be given for the current price of the item.
Sale items: no returns and no exchanges. All sale items are final sale.
We reserve the right to deny any returns…particulary in situations where the shoes have not been used for their intended purpose, such as tennis, skateboarding, basketball, field hockey, soccer, etc.
Absolutely no returns/exchanges will be accepted after the 14 day deadline regardless of whether or not the shoe has been worn. If you think you have a manufacturer’s defect after the 14th day, you will have to contact the manufacturer directly
We reserve the right to deny a request for a return or exchange at any time deemed necessary.
How do I make a return or exchange?
You can either bring your product(s) back to the store or send it back to us. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up the return or exchange.
How long does shipping take?
Roughly 5-7 business days. If you require a tracking number please email us at email@example.com with your name and order number
What is your international shipping policy?
We love seeing our products all around the world, but as of right now we limit our shipping to the lower 48 States.
